Terms of Use

By using the Grafta app you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Turkish version: Kullanım Koşulları. If the two versions differ, the Turkish version prevails.

1. The service

Grafta is a preview and personal tracking app for people who are considering, or have had, a hair or beard transplant. It produces an approximate graft estimate from a photo, creates an illustrative AI preview and helps you track your recovery.

2. Account

• You can use the app without creating an account, in a guest session. You may link Apple or Google sign-in at any time; with a linked account you can reach your data and credits from other devices.
• You must be over 13 to use the app; if you are under 18 you need the consent of a parent or guardian.
• You are responsible for the security of your account and for activity carried out through it.
• You can permanently delete your account from within the app at any time.

3. Credits and purchases

• Analysis, the recovery diary, the care protocol, learning content and the AI coach are free; daily usage limits apply to prevent abuse (e.g. 20 analyses and 5 coach messages per day). Generating an AI preview (and the growth simulation built on it) uses credits.
• Credits are bought as one-time in-app purchases through the App Store or Google Play. Credit packs are not a subscription: there is no automatic renewal and no recurring charge. The current price is shown on the purchase screen and on the store page.
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• Credits you buy do not expire and are consumed when used; used credits are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If a generation fails because of a technical error, the credit spent on it is automatically returned to your balance.
• Refund requests are subject to the refund policy of the store you bought from (Apple or Google). Credits from a purchase refunded by the store are deducted from your balance.
• Credits belong to your Grafta account. If you use the app as a guest without linking Apple or Google sign-in, you may lose access to your credits if you delete the app or change devices; we recommend linking your account to keep them.

4. Your content and community rules

• The photos you upload and the content you write belong to you. We process them only to provide the service to you (see the Privacy Policy).
• When posting in the community area you may not share other people’s photos, insults, harassment, hate speech, misleading health claims or advertising.
• Community posts are screened automatically before they are published; posts found to break the rules are not published.
• Reported content is reviewed; a post that receives three separate reports is hidden automatically until the review is complete. Content that breaks the rules is removed, and repeated violations may lead to account suspension.
• You can block other users and report content.

5. Prohibited use

• Reverse engineering the service, abusing it with automated tools or overloading it,
• Uploading another person’s photo without their permission,
• Attempting to circumvent the credit system or usage limits by fraudulent means,
• Using the service for unlawful purposes.

If these rules are violated we may suspend or close your account.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for the consequences of decisions you make based on the estimates and previews in the app. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; we will announce material changes in the app. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms. You can end this agreement at any time by deleting your account.
